Today, I've got three short and simple tips for home sellers in our area:

Reduce clutter in your house. Make sure everything you don’t need is in storage. For instance, family trinkets or photos should already be packed away in preparation to move.
Clean your house. In professional photos, this makes a huge difference. Prospective buyers appreciate your time dedicated to cleaning, especially during open houses and tours.
Brighten up your house. Install brighter lights. Clean the windows to maximize your home’s natural light. This allows buyers to picture themselves living in your home.
